Military, Commercial, and Emergency Shelter Applications
Measuring 24' wide by 32.5' long by 12' high, the CAMSS24 Fabric Structure is perfect for billeting, command centers, recreation facilities, storage, small shops, and to protect equipment that requires a temperature controlled, stable environment. The shelter may be connected directly end to end with another CAMSS24 using a connector flap and an optional corridor allows complexing to other CAMSS fabric structure models. Hard doors may be substituted for the double zipper personnel doors. The structure is also available in a 52' long version.
Fast Set-up Portable Shelter
Four personnel, using only the tools provided with the fabric structure system, can assemble the CAMSS24 in 30 minutes. The assembly follows a logical sequence and parts are color coded and interchangeable.
Extreme Climate Kit
Extreme Temperature-High Humidity Liners are part of the standard CAMSS24 Fabric Structure System. These liners are effective in temperatures from -55 to 125 degrees Fahrenheit with a solar load.
In Use In Extreme Environments
The CAMSS24 is currently in use in the harsh cold of Alaska, the desert heat of Southwest Asia, and the humidity of Florida. The fabric structure is designed to withstand winds of 100 mph and snow loads of 20 psf.
Vector Proof
The interior floor attaches to the cover and end panels with Velcro to protect against bugs and critters.
HVAC
The CAMSS24 has a set of 18" Mil Spec HVAC ports and an electrical pass through port in each end.
Optional Composite Container
The CAMSS Small Composite Container is available for storing and shipping the CAMSS24 Fabric Structure. This lightweight, weather-tight container, measuring 44" wide x 102" long x 32" high, is stackable and forkliftable. One complete shelter, with set up tools, will fit in a container and six containers will fit on one 463L pallet for air shipment.
CAMSS24 Fabric Structure Features and Options
The CAMSS24 has several standard features that make it suitable for many applications. Optional door styles and locations are available and additional windows can be installed in the sides of the shelter.
The standard CAMSS24 has a double zipper personnel door, two windows, a set of HVAC ports, and an electrical pass through port in each end. It also comes with an extreme temperature-high humidity liner. Optional hard doors and side doors are available upon request.
The optional side door allows the CAMSS24 to be connected to other shelters and the connector flap on the end of the cover allow it to be connected to another CAMSS24 to make a longer shelter.
