CAMSS Corridors and vestibules provide
blackout protection and connect shelters
together in various complexing configurations.
The basic corridor measures 6.5 ft. by 6.5 ft
and may be connected end to end to provide
any length corridor. The cross corridor allows users to connect
corridors in multiple directions to complex shelters together or
to add exits to the corridor system.

El simulador de viento y lluvia se fijó para vientos y lluvias de 40 mph. Estaría expuesta la pared lateral y de fondo de cada refugio a vientos simulados durantes 30 minutos por pared. La lluvia se aplicaría libremente en el refugio con un volumen de 5 pulgadas por hora, para determinar si el diseño previene la acumulación de agua en el techo de la carpa.
Prueba de viento - CAMSS pasó todas las pruebas
El refugio estará sujeto a vientos de 65 mph durante 30 minutos por cada lado. (MIL-STD-810E. Método 506.2, Procedimiento III)
